Having just had both a positive experience with a vendor to remedy a small problem that I was having, and also having had a slightly less positive experience with another vendor just one day ago I decided to set up a page dedicated to such dealings. Aviation products are expensive and sometimes if a vendor or manufacturer goes above and beyond to support their customers and their products it is only right that word gets out to reward these efforts. If however the service or support, or even a product causes grief at some level to the customer this is a badge that they should wear in full view as well. With this said, please note that my experiences represent only that. There is no claim made or implied that my experience is an indication of a trend or a norm for any supplier.
